Harbor Haven was created in 1996 to provide children with disabilities the opportunity to experience the magic of summer camp with the help and support they need.

At Harbor Haven, we inspire our campers to be their best selves. We create a positive atmosphere to ensure a magical summer experience for all of our campers!

We provide continuous opportunities for each child to grow, explore, develop new skills, and form friendships, all within a safe, nurturing, and accepting environment.

 STAFF FAQs

  • Since our camp season is only 34 days, we ask that our staff be present for every day of the camp season. If there are days you know you will be unavailable for work, please make that known during your interview.

  • Yes. We offer centralized pickup and dropoff for campers and extend that to staff as well. If you are interested in becoming a bus counselor, please let a director know during your interview.

  • Yes! We ask that all counselors come with swimwear and swim every day. If there are any medical reasons that prevent you from being able to get in the pool, please indicate so to a director.
