FROM THE GARDEN STATE PARKWAY

Travelling North, exit the Parkway at Exit 139B. Follow ramp to the end and join Chestnut Street. Move immediately to the left lane and bear left underneath the overpass onto West Chestnut Street. Pass through one set of lights. *(#1155 is a white office building and is located on the right just across from the main Post office. Parking is behind the building or on the side street. To access the parking lot, make a right just before the building into Hobson Street and then left onto the lot. Enter the Office by the front door on W. Chestnut Street.)

Travelling South, exit the Parkway at Exit 140 (Not 140A) onto Morris Avenue. Follow Morris Avenue about 0.8 of a mile to Caldwell Avenue and turn left. (Walgreens on your left). Follow Caldwell Avenue to second light and turn right onto West Chestnut Street. Our office is on the right, corner of Hobson Street & West Chestnut Street opposite the Union Post Office.

From Route 22 East

Travelling East, you will pass Babys ‘R Us arget, then a Burger King & McDonalds on your right and a Hooters on your left. After Hooters, look for Liberty Travel and take the next U turn onto 22 West. Move immediately over to the right lane and make a right after the Shake & Paw onto West Chestnut Street and proceed 1 1/2 blocks. **(#1155 is a white office building and is located on the left just across from the main Post office. Parking is behind the building or on the side street. To access the parking lot, make a left just after the building into Hobson Street and then left onto the lot. Enter the Office by the front door on W. Chestnut Street.)

From Route 22 West

Travelling west, take the West Chestnut Street exit to the right. Proceed 1 1/2 blocks and 1155 is on your left. See ** above

From 78 East (West of Route 24)

Take 78 East to exit 49A. Follow ramp onto Springfield Avenue. Follow Springfield Avenue West to Morris Avenue and turn left. Follow Morris Avenue for 1 1/2 miles and bear right at the traffic lights just after Jaeger Lumber onto Elmwood Avenue. Make first right onto Savitt Place. Follow Savitt to the end and make right onto West Chestnut Street. See * above.

From 78 East (East of Route 24)

Travelling East, follow 78 to the Garden State Parkway South. Follow Instructions for garden State Parkway South above.

From Route 24

Travelling East follow Route 24 to Exit 9B (The last before the 78 Merge) and follow the ramp round onto Route 527. Follow to the lights and turn right onto Morris & Essex Turnpike which changes into Morris Avenue. Follow for 2.6 miles and bear right at the traffic lights just after Jaeger Lumber onto Elmwood Avenue. Make first right onto Savitt Place. Follow Savitt to the end and make right onto West Chestnut Street. See * above.

FROM THE GARDEN STATE PARKWAY

Whether you are coming south or north, get off the GSP at exit 145. After exiting, get onto Route 280 West. Get off at exit 7. At the end of the exit ramp, make a left onto Pleasant Valley Way. Proceed just over 2 miles. Turn left into the school opposite Underwood Avenue.

FROM 280 WEST or EAST

See the above directions, beginning with the second sentence.

FROM ROUTE 10 EAST

Proceed on Route 10 East to Livingston Circle. At Livingston Circle take the 2nd exit onto Northfield Road. Follow Northfield Road, which changes to Northfield Avenue, for about 5 miles. At the lights for Pleasant Valley Way, turn left. Solomon Schechter Day School is a few hundred yards on your right on your right.

From 78 and 24

Take 78 to the Garden State Parkway North. Exit the Parkway at junction 145 for Route 280 West. Follow instructions above.

FROM 287 SOUTH

Proceed to exit marked for route 80 East. Get onto 80 East. Watch very carefully for signs for 280 East. (You will bear right from the local lanes or left from the Express lanes for this.) Get onto 280 East. Get off at exit 7. (Follow directions for 280 East above.)

FROM 287 NORTH

Proceed to exit marked Route 10. Take route 10 East. (Follow directions for route 10 East above)
